A modern version of a safe shot mod.
Features:
can block/avoid shoots on team mates
can block/avoid shoots on already destroyed tanks
can block/avoid shoots without a target
can send a freely configurable message in the team chat that someone is blocking your target. (with flood protection)
can show an image on the HUD that informs you that a shot was blocked
all settings can be made in a graphical user interface
